On the second floor, the mezzanine-bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has deck beds, and there is a WC. There is a second terrace on the roof.
The house is comfortable to live in, and is perfect for a family of four.
- Linen and towels provided. House cleaning is done twice a week.
- The kitchen is fully equipped, including refrigerator with freezer, electric stove with oven, microwave, dish washer.
- The bathroom has a bathtub and shower and a washing machine.
- On the terrace there is a large table and chairs.
- Both bedrooms are air conditioned.
- In the living-room, there is a stereo set with radio, double deck tape player and CD, as well as a television.
- Rental rates 2011 for the first week:
- July and August: 1 000-euros
- June and September: 850-euros
- Other months: 750-euros
Reduction of 15% on the second week and 30% on the following weeks.
